Curious George and other Random things

OK so i am not the greatest at blogging everyday. LOL I just cant seem to keep up.
So Saturday while I was at work, I called home at lunch time and asked hubby how things were and he told me H had colored G's nose and drawn whiskers on him. Not just colored the end of his nose, his whole nose. How did she get him to sit still that I long? Then when I got home hubby told me he had good news the kids had found our two missing brushes (missing now for about a month). I asked what is the bad news? He says L cut her hair again. Damn it! Why does this child always have to be in something? I just don't understand. Then last night we put the kids to bed, and hubby and I went to Wal Mart leaving the kids with step son. We were gone for about an hour maybe a little longer. When we got home it was after 10pm. The girls were still awake. Hubby and I had been home about 30 minutes when we heard H ask L why she had him in the bed? Him being the hamster. Hubby went in and L was holding him up by his tail. Poor hamster. How long did they have him in their bed? Who knows. She also colored the walls while I was at work on Saturday. And yesterday I was going to take a nap, hubby was going to watch the kids. He ran to the store leaving step son in charge, well the kids were running through the house screaming, so I couldn't take a nap. I got up, and L had an egg one that had not been cooked and was headed to her room. Um no I do not think so. Can you imagine the mess that would make?
We bought a new Christmas tree yesterday, but I haven't gotten it out of the car yet because I didn't want the kids to see and want to put it up already. We will wait until after Thanksgiving to do that. Now I need to get my shopping started. Well I guess that is all for now. Till next time remember to hug and kiss your family and tell them you love them, today is gone and tomorrow may never come.

Friday, Dr's, Curiuos George, and shopping

Happy Friday to all. We started the day off with getting ready for L's well visit. As I was giving them a bath, L pulled something brown out of her private parts, I knew it didn't look like poop so I asked her what it was. She said a marker, it wasn't a marker, but a piece of a crayon. How do you get that in your girl parts? I am not sure. But she did, and last night when I got home from work, she had poured an entire thing of powdered chocolate mix on the floor and mixed it with water. Step son did his best to clean it up and I was pleased that he tried but why oh why does she do these things? So when we went to the Dr I was determined to seek out help for these issues, I soon learned I need a new Ped. This is not the first time I have thought this, in fact this is our third visit and two of those I was not impressed with. Today when I was explaining to her that L is like no other 4 year old I know, she is always into something. She was very dismissive, so I again tried to explain to her, that I do not know what to do. I love L with all my heart but I cant handle this behavior and I don't want to be yelling at her all the time. And at this point I am. She asked what I do for discipline, I again tried to explain that everything I have tried is not effective, and I need help. She said she is a strong willed child that knows how to push your buttons, and you need to find something that is special to her and use that as a reward for good behavior. I tried again to explain to her that it is not just her pushing my buttons, and yes she is strong willed but I need help. Well this help is obviously not going to come from her. I know that now Ped's are really focused on not only the health of the kids but moms mental state as well. And I really need help, if she cant help me, I thought maybe should could direct me to someone who could help, but this was just not the case. I was very displeased with the outcome. Maybe I am wrong, but I was seriously asking for help. I came home and tried to find a solution on my own and as far as behavior issues, all you can find info on is ADD/ADHD, and I don't think this is the problem. I do not know what the problem is but I need help.
After picking the kids up from School, H and I went shopping for me. I was given a 50% off coupon for graduating from training to sales associate. But I had to use it by Saturday. So my mom offered to let me buy some clothes and they would be my Christmas. I was fine with that. I was excited. So I got 5 pairs of pants, 4 shirts, 2 dresses and 2 pairs of Cole Haun shoes for $495.00. I was very excited. So now I have some nice work clothes. It felt good to buy myself nice clothes. I will wear them to work tomorrow. Sunday is L's 4th birthday. So we will have a small celebration for her. Well that is all for tonight. Till next time remember to hug and kiss your family and tell them you love them, today is gone and tomorrow may never come..............

Day one of blogging for a month and day one of hubby being gone

Can you believe it is November 1 already? Man where did this year go? L will be 4 next Sunday. She is growing up.
Today we were planning family fun clean up day. Well nobody thought this was a fin idea. I have to admit I don't like it either, but my house has gotten out of control. So we got up took showers and baths and headed off to the grocery store. Came home ate lunch and then started cleaning. The girls were assigned to their room, I started on the kitchen and step son worked on the playroom. I got started on the kitchen and went to put bleach in the bathtub to soak while I was cleaning up the kitchen. As I am cleaning, I go to check on the girls. They have written all over their bed. I know this time it was not just L because there was words written on the bed, and she cant spell. So I told them as soon as Grandma gets home they can call her and tell her that they wrote all over at $1500.00 bed. I told them to finish cleaning up the room and then get a rag and try to clean off the marker from the bed. Well I went back to clean the kitchen some more, I then went again to check on the girls and I found L in the bathroom playing in the bathtub, remember the one I put bleach in earlier. She was putting a colored picture in the water and had it in her hair, and her clothes. UM HELLO Bleach water a 4 year old. Damn it. Why does she always have to be in something? I don't understand her, she is constantly getting into something. One of the girls at work suggested I ask the Ped. about it. She has a 4 year well visit on Friday so i will ask her, although I am not sure what they can do for her. She is SUPER smart, and SUPER curious.
Last night I had to work, so this was the first year I had not been trick or treating with my kids. But this was the first year hubby has been here and has taken them. So the mall had trick or treating and they came up there. G refused to put his costume on, yes his $40.00 costume. He would not wear it. So he just wore his clothes. They were very cute. As we were all getting ready to go, L wanted her baby(her bear) to be super girl like her, so I had to sew her bear a cape, then H wanted one for we webkinz chipmunk, so I had to sew her one too. they were both very proud of their animals capes. When I got off work they were all still up suffering from a sugar high. I had to get them all ready for bed, they went to bed without much fuss. I think they had a great night.
Hubby left today for his annual trip to Vegas for the Sema show. He will be gone until next Saturday. So we will be here alone all week.
The allergist called today with the Rast test results. They showed negative for milk and eggs and wheat. Yes negative, we have had this test before that was also negative, but he still had a reaction to the milk. So we will see. The next plan is a food challenge, we will give him a little milk and see what happens, if nothing we will give him a little more. And so on. I am hopeful that he truly doesn't have the allergy anymore, but still cautious. We will see what happens. He did show an allergy to peanuts, so no nuts for him. I also explained to her that we had not had any breathing treatments before we came, but since it has been getting cold at night we have had to start them again. She said she was afraid of this, so to keep him on the pulmicort, and only use the zponex as needed. So we are back on breathing treatments. Man it would be great if he has outgrown the milk and egg allergy, but I did alot of research and rasp test are notorious for providing false negatives and positives. So we will see. I think I am going to ask if we can retry the skin test as well when we go next month.
Well I am pooped from cleaning the house and mowing the yard, so I think I am off to bed. Till next time remember ti hug and kiss your family and tell them you love them, today is gone and tomorrow may never come..........................

Curious George and other random things

Well let me start with Curious George, yes she is at it again. Last week, she got a tube of toothpaste, and took it in G's room and put it all over his Elmo tool bench. Well according to my new taking my house back rules, she got a marble in the naughty jar and got a time out. Next day, she got a full bag of grapes, a full 2lb. bag of carrots, and some raisins. She poured them all over her room. This was not acceptable, she got a spanking. Next day, she got a box of nilla wafers, a box of cars graham crackers, and raisins, and poured them all over G's room. I tried the time out again. We then bought one of those plastic door knob things, you know the ones you have to push in to turn the knob, she hasn't figured this out yet, when she does, we will have to invest in a lock for the pantry. This has stopped this for now. Yesterday, she got the toothpaste again, and put it in her hair and G's hair, I know at this point you are thinking you crazy lady why do you have the toothpaste where this child can get it? Well she climbs up to it to get it out. I don't know if you have ever tried to wash toothpaste out of hair, but it is like gum. It sticks to hair. I had to use conditioner to get the hair soft enough to slide the toothpaste out. But I got it out. that bring us to today, she again got the toothpaste out, and this time she put it on the carpet, the toys, the bed, and the walls in G's room. So I spanked her again, I am not sure how effective this will be but we shall see. As I went to clean up the room, I was moving all of the toys out of the room to take the big ones outside to wash with the hose, and one of them had some kind of liquid in it. I opened it and the liquid was yellow. Yep you guessed it she had peed in G's little plastic work bench. Again I am sure you are thinking "where are you when this is going on"? Last week I was gone the day she did the food in her room, and the day she did the toothpaste in G's room I was in the kitchen cleaning up. The day she did the toothpaste in G's room last week I was in the shower. Yesterday and today I was in the living room on the couch, I have had some sort of stomach thing going on where I was not feeling well, so I was lying down. She knows when it is best to strike. LOL I am open for suggestions if you have some.
Now on to other things, I got the papers from the allergist yesterday, and G has to be off his allergy meds for 10 days before the appointment. 10 days, we have never been off of them that long, so I am not sure how we will do. I cant remember if I said or not, but my step mom is the greatest. She is going to drive from her home outside Houston to Dallas to meet me for the appointments, so she can watch L while G and I are at the Dr's appts. She is a life saver. I couldn't ask for a better step mom. I am truly blessed.
I don't know how many of you watched Oprah today, it was a special on Breast Cancer, with Christina Applegate. It was very touching and informing. If you didn't watch it you need to. I am not sure if you can watch it on her website, but if not it will be on again I am sure when re-runs start. Every women should watch it.
Good news! Friends Of Heroes officially hit the million dollar mark this week. That is a total since 2004. This is great news. Now I need to get with it! My walk is coming up and I have only raised $25.00. You can donate by clicking the Light the night button on the top right of the screen! Thanks for all your help!
Well that is all for tonight, thanks for checking on us. Till next time remember to hug and kiss your family and tell them you love them, today is gone and tomorrow may never come..............

Count down to 7

H wakes up daily with the countdown to her birthday. She is ever so excited. All of her presents are bought, and we are going to have family b-day on Thursday night since we will be leaving on Friday for my moms and she is getting a DS that I know she will want to play in the car. Her swing set will be here tomorrow or the next day, and she is very excited about it. I have tried to explain to her that we will still have to put it together, I am not sure she gets it. She asked if I would put it together when it gets here. I told her I couldn't put it together myself dad would have to help. She was less than thrilled with that answer. But she will be fine. LOL Here is a picture of the swing set she is getting.

We started painting our room this week, I found a paint at Lowes that was on the clearance rack, and I love the color. I just have the trim left to paint then I will post a picture. I will also post pictures of the kids rooms and the rest of the house. I got the van all cleaned including the carpet and the seats today so it will be all clean when we go home.
My grandpa found a cabin! I four bedroom 2 bath, I am so happy for him. I hope it makes him feel closer to my grandma. I think this will be so good for him.
L has been into things as usual. I was outside cleaning the car and she was in here I thought she was changing her ants she had peed in, well she comes out with dental floss. Mind you this is kept high above the kitchen sink with their toothbrushes and toothpaste, (yes they brush in the kitchen) she had to have climbed the cabinet. Well she had toothpaste all over a plate, and the counter, and a toothbrush left in the floor. I never did find the lid to the toothpaste. She is just always into something. Last night she was cleaning the kitchen table with Mr Clean spray when I walked in. The kitchen smelled nice, and the table was soaked. Why oh Why must she always be in something? LOL She is the sweetest little girl, she looks at you with those big blue eyes and melts your heart, she is just always so happy even when she is being Curious George. Gotta love her! LOL
G is doing well, we have had a few anger issues, he gets really mad and throws himself on the floor and screams as loud as he can. He is also very aggressive, he is constantly hitting or throwing things, or pushing people. I know he doesn't understand. But we have got to curve this behavior. He has also been hitting his head against things when he gets mad to the point it hurts him, and he crys. I am at a loss. I am glad we will soon have insurance again and I can take him back to the OT. He is gaining alot of weight, but he is still taking a bottle, and he hardly eats. I am just at a loss, he has been drinking from a cup more, but he will throw it at you if he doesn't want it. He loves to be outside, and will stand at the door with a shoe in his mouth screaming till you take him out. LOL He loves his sisters and wants to so whatever they are doing which is hard for him sometimes, because he is just too little. Poor little guy. I love him so much I just want all these issues that he has taken care of. He walks around laughing and is happy when he is not throwing a fit. LOL He has also been blessed with the killer blue eyes that will melt your heart.
Well 2 more days till we leave for Grandmas, I am ready! I miss my mom! Thanks for checking on us. Till next time remember to hug and kiss your family and tell them you love them, today is gone and tomorrow may never come..........

Thursday and the week is almost over

Well the week is almost over, the weekend is upon us. I am ready for the weekend when hubby will be home. I need to find the backyard project I started. I am trying to clean up the backyard, so I can plant some grass and we will have a nice yard for the kids to play in. I bought them one of those little 10 X 30 pools with a pump. They are enjoying it, and hopefully we will find a swing set for them and then they will have a nice area to play in. I some how feel better about my house if the yard looks nice. Hubby said he doesn't really care either way, but I know he would like it if the backyard and front yard both looked good. I took a picture of how sad it looks now, but I haven't downloaded it to the computer yet, so I will post it when I get it on the computer.
Yesterday we had another fun Curious George incident. I got in the shower, and L again got in the fridge and this time she got out some leftovers from Texas Roadhouse from the Monday after fathers day. (Yes I still had them in there), and she ate some of the fries out of there. I again scolded her, but I wonder does she understand. She is three will be four in Nov., but lately she just seems to not get things. Probably not lately I just must notice it more lately. She gets upset when you scold her, and her feelings are hurt, but she is happy again in about 10 seconds and she goes right on along with what she was doing and will I assure you do the same thing again. I did clean out the fridge, so at least what ever she gets into will not be bad food.
G has started acting out ALOT more. He gets very angry throws himself on the floor, he hits and he tries to bite me when he is really mad. I cant wait to have our new insurance so we can get him back into OT hopefully to help with these issues. He has got a little more daring lately. He used to really hate to get wet, he would have never gone near a sprinkler, and the past couple of days he has walked close enough to get wet. He is really mad once his clothes get wet, but it is a start.
H she is doing well, she is still having a few issues like talking hateful to people, and not minding, but she has adjusted very well. I thought there would be many more issues with her when we moved. Luckily she is very outgoing and has made friends quickly.
I just got done putting another coat of paint in the kitchen, I need one more and the kitchen will be done. Then I can call at least one room in the house done. LOL The playroom is almost done, but we had 2 walls that had this UGLY fabric and batting stapled to them so I pulled it down, and now we need to pull out the staples and get it painted. The living room is done with the exception of the entryway wall that we need to pull wall paper down off of and paint. The girls room need another coat of white on the doors and the polka dots I promised them. G's room just needs the door and the closet doors done. Our bedroom well it need to be painted, both bathrooms need to be painted and we have new vinyl to put down. Step sons room, I got the blue painted on the walls last week, but the trim and the doors need to be done. I got all the carpets cleaned except our room. We haven't hung anything up yet because we wanted to get everything painted first. So as you can see we have lots of projects to do. Anyone want to help?!?! I have plenty for all. LOL
Well I guess that is all for tonight. Till next time remember to hug and kiss your family and tell them you love them, today is gone and tomorrow may never come.

I am stressed and lonely, and Curious George Strikes again.

Well today was one of those days when I just wanted to go back to bed. I woke up in a foul mood. Since I have no friends here it is lonely, and I get tired of being all alone with the kids all day. I need an adult to talk to. Today I got up started to clean the house as I do each morning, and I got the kids playing Webkins. Around lunch time I put some chicken nuggets in the oven, and went to take a shower while they were cooking. Well as I was taking a shower L got the frozen nuggets out of the freezer and proceeded to give some to G and eat some herself. When I got out of the shower, the crumbs were all over the floor I had just cleaned, and the two of them were eating the frozen nuggets. I mean how gross is that? How could they have even tasted any good. Well I lost it. Normally this is something I would scold her for and go on about my business, but as I said I was in a bad mood and it just really made me mad. Well I sent her to her room, and then I just went outside for a short break. After lunch, we all went outside. L asked if they could have some Popsicles, so i said yes, she came out and wanted me to open it, I explained it needed to be cut open. As she stood talking to me, she was doing the dance, you know the one a kid does when they need to go potty. I said L do you need to go potty, she said no, I told her I would hold her Popsicle while she went and she insisted she didn't need to go. With that she went in to cut open her Popsicle, as she came out she said mom I peed my pants. Well I was frustrated to say the least, and I told her she would have to wear her pant since I had just asked her if she needed to go and she had said no. Well she ate her Popsicle, and then she asked me to help her find some dry clothes, I told her to go in and find some. So she did. H went in a few minutes later to check on L, and came back out and said L had peed all over the kitchen, so I told her to tell L to get a towel and clean it up. A few minutes later H came back out and said L had pooped in the floor but she had cleaned it up. So I came in to see what was going on. When I came in there were 4 bath towels on the kitchen floor none of which had cleaned up and pee. I instructed L to go outside and I cleaned up the pee, and I never did find where she pooped so she must have done a good job cleaning it up.

Now on to the other fun, my mom said she would get the kids a swing set for H's birthday, OMG! those things are so expensive, I have tried to find one that is reasonably priced, and I have yet to find one. Of course she wants the wood one, and although my mom can afford it, she shouldn't have to pay that much for a swing set. SO I decided that an inflatable would be better, and H was ok with that. Unfortunately Hubby was not, he said it would be a pain to blow it up and take it down all the time. And yes he is probably right, but I am at a loss. SO I guess I will keep looking. Sorry this has turned into a rambling post, but I have been in a mood today. With that I will end with some pictures of the kids and my little lizard friend. Enjoy! Till next time remember to hug and kiss your family and tell them you love them, today is gone and tomorrow may never come...

I am just ready to be settled

I am so stressed that I cant see straight, between being here alone with my kids, trying to get insurance lined out, hoping hubby finds a house and the day from hell this week, I am at just stressed beyond words. I know there are many people in this world who have many more worries than I, but I am just stressed.
This week Curious George has been back, she again cut her hair, but at his point it looks so bad, I am not sure she could do anymore damage. I know what you are thinking "Why does this crazy lady keep leaving the scissors where this child can get them?" Well the answer is I don't, but she is very rescourcful, and she will find a way to get them. Last night, I put the kids in bed, and then I went next door to talk with the neighbor, I had the monitor on G, but I didn't have it on in the girls room. Well I am the mean mommy who has her kids in bed by 8pm, while the rest of the kids are out playing and my kids never understand this. So anyway, about 8:30 my neighbor was calling her kids in, and L was down the block on her bike in her jammies and shoes. I asked her what she was doing and told her to get inside, and in her very cute and proud voice she said "Look mommy that girl gave me these, you chew and spit, chew and spit" It was so cute, she was talking about sunflower seeds. I told her to get in and go to bed, so she did and all was well with the worked again. Tonight, I put them down about 7:30 they were getting fussy and L didn't have a nap so she was in rare form. I was on the computer and about 9:45pm I hear them making all kinds of noise. I yell up for them to get in bed to which H replies L wants to sleep in your bed, well at that point I just wanted them to go to bed, so I said fine just get in bed. They both climbed in my bed, but yet I still hear them, so I went upstairs, L was naked in my bed and had again pushed her mattress off of her bed and pulled all the sheets off of it. No wonder she wanted to sleep in my bed. So I made her put her jammies bock on, and get in bed, they are finally asleep. I feel as though lately all I do is get on to them. I feel like a horrible mom. I know I am stressed, but it isn't their fault why cant I just Be nice. And to top it off Step Son brought his report card home today and of the 4 grades on it one was a d and one was an f. Not acceptable. I have yet to figure out what to do about that. I am thinking at 9pm he will have to give me all electronic devices and the tv will go off, because at this point he watches tv until who knows when and is on the computer, or psp, or itouch, or ps3 until who knows when. I think he needs to know that there are consequences for not making good grades.
Now for some good. G ate some grapes today, he actually ate them didn't spit them out. I was so proud. Yesterday I tool them to the park and tried to put him in the sand box, he was having nothing to so with that. He hated it. Poor kid i have never met a kid who didn't like the sand box. This is part of his SPD, he doesn't like the texture. I so hope we can get these issues worked out with him. I feel so bad for him. He is just the greatest little boy, although he is starting to act out more. We went to the park today, he was hitting and pushing a little boy and when I told him no, he threw himself on the ground hitting himself throwing a fit. I know he doesn't understand, but I don't know what to do. Please pray for him, pray that we will get his issues worked out. I feel for him. Although I think maybe we caught it early and we can work it out so he wont have issues as a youngster.
Anyway that is our week. I hope to have a brighter update soon. Thanks for checking on us. Till next time remember to hug and kiss your family and tell them you love them, today is gone and tomorrow may never come.............

New job and Curious George

OK so I got a job at Kroger, in the produce dept. Now the produce dept. is something I know nothing about but I guess I will learn. I am not really sure how I feel about starting all over at the bottom again. I worked so hard to get where I was before and now I am starting all over again, and in a department that I don't really want to be in. I am hoping that something in drugs/gm will open up soon and i can move to that dept. We have a super Kroger opening in about six months so maybe then I can move to another dept. I went yesterday to an orientation, and today for 5 hours of computer training, which was so boring since most of it was stuff that I already knew. Anyway we will see how it goes. I am kind of excited about going back to work, it makes me feel like I am contributing to the family, and not relying on hubby. I have always been an independent person, and since having kids have had to learn to rely more on other people. So anyway this week I will be working on wed, Thur and Friday during the day, now if only I could figure out what I am going to do with my kids during that time. So far I am at a loss for who can keep them.

Now for Curious George. Yesterday, L was in the playroom, and I heard her doing something, I asked her what she was doing and she said nothing. I said what do you have in your hand. She had a sand bucket. I asked what was in it, and she had peed in it. I mean really Why would you do that? I made her sit in time out, then I was picking up and G's little ride on car was in the kitchen, it has storage under the seat, as I went to move it liquid came out, I knew immediately what it was. So I asked L what it was and again she said pee. Now I just don't get it why would you go around peeing in things. Again she was put into time out. I just am baffled, I cant imagine why you would do that. Now for today Hubby and I were in the living room, and I hear L in the kitchen, I asked her to get out of the refrigerator, she said I am mommy I am going upstairs, so I said not with whatever you have in your hands(we only eat in the kitchen), she said I don't have anything, so here she comes to the stairs with her arms firmly placed on her chest. I asked what she had, she said nothing. Well She had cheese, and she was headed upstairs with it. NO NO NO. So I explained to her that this was lying and she cant lie to mommy. Then I asked her what I just said and she said "I don't know", so I explained to her again about lying and what I lie was and again I asked her what she was in trouble for, she said " I don't know". SO I put the cheese away, and I think maybe she got the point. AW yes and on Friday, we were at CVS getting G's prescription, and as we were walking out, she grabbed some candy and walked out the door with it, I had to explain to her that we cant just take candy that we haven't paid for. And we took it back in and returned to the shelf. I know that she wasn't stealing, she is only three and has no concept of that, but I told her that we were not allowed to pick things up and take them out of the store without paying. Poor girl, I am just not sure what is going on. I wonder if she is just tyring to get attention and bad attention is better than no attention. MAN do I feel bad. I feel like such a bad mom. I think lately with all the G has going on, I have paid more attention to him the probably to the girls. SO I really need to work on that. Anyway, we are going to the dentist for the girls in the morning so I will let you know how that goes.
Till next time remember to hug and kiss your family and tell them you love them, today is gone and tomorrow may never come..................................

Curious George Strikes Again!

While G is running a 104+ temp., and I am taking care of him. L decided to go in the kitchen and get the scissors and cut yet more of her hair. She got it good too. It looks horrible. I will post a picture as soon as I can take one. To top that off she got a steak knife, a stick of butter, and a glue stick and decorated a piece of paper. Well at least it was on a paper. LOL
These are the days I just have to laugh to keep my sanity.

Edited to add as I was posting that she went in the bathroom and got out the toliet brush and stuck it in the toliet now it has wet toliet paper all stuck to it! GRRRRRRRRRRRR

Well I took G to the Dr. I couldnt get his fever down, and I called the Ped. They said to bring him in so they could check his ears make sure he didnt have an ear infection. Well He doesnt, they checked for step, nope not that, they tested for flu, nope not that. They took his blood count, his levels were off. They think he is fighting a viral illness and if he doesnt get better to bring him in. That worries me. The lowest I have gotten his temp., even with rotating tylenol and motrin every 4 hours is 102. So keep my little guy in your thoughts and prayers that he feels better soon. He is in bed now, and we shall see how long that lasts, he was up until 2:30am this morning, and woke up at 6am. He took about a 30 min nap all day.

Curious George Strikes Again!

Ok as I have said before, L is like curious George, if you turn your back on her for a second she is into something. Today, G was napping and the girls were supposed to be cleaning up their room so they could come outside. I was in the driveway(baby monitor in hand) washing my car. I started to feel bad because it was so nice outside and the girls were inside cleaning up their room, so I decided to come in and tell them they could come out. WELL............ as I walked in I find L in the bathroom playing with my make-up. She had put it on her face as well as all over the bathroom cabinets. MAN! She is always into something. I sent her back up to finish their room. I did eventually let them come out and play. LOL room still not finished as of yet.
Last night i went out for drinks with a new friend. We had a great time. It is nice to have a friend. I have a few, but most are pregnant, or just cant get out without the kids. And occasionally I need that. We went out at 8pm and I didn't get home until almost 12am. We had a great time getting to know each other. She was a friend that I felt comfortable with, like I could be myself. You know sometimes you meet those people that you like, but you feel like you need to be someone else around. Well S ( I will call her), was not like that. We had a lot in common. She also moved here from Ohio around the same time we did.
Tomorrow is the day that G goes to the occupational therapist, so keep him in your thoughts. I really hope that they say he is just stubborn, and he will eat when he wants, not that he has a problem. He has been spitting up again this weekend, which kind of worries me as he hasn't done this in a few months. I have taken him off the reflux meds, and we were supposed to go to the GI Dr. this past month, but i didn't because he was doing so well. Now I am wondering if i should call them. But I really want to stop taking him to so many Dr.'s if we could just see the Ped. and the allergist those are the two we cant loose. I will just keep and eye on him and see how it goes. We may have to go if he continues.
H and I got most of our cookies delivered this weekend. And I got all 100lbs of cookies shipped to my mom, $88.00 later. I almost could have driven them to her for that price. LOL If you need cookies let me know and we will get them to you! We have more and if I don't have it we can get it.
I hope you all had a great weekend. Till next time remember to hug and kiss your family and tell them you love them, today is gone and tomorrow may never come.........................

Wild Wednesday

WEll I got up this morning after calling in sick yesterday, and as I said the house was destroyed. I spent and hour and a half doing a job that normally takes me 30min in the morning. Good thing the girls were both at school as mommy was not a happy camper. There was crap scattered form one end of the kitchen to the other, and in the playroom was a plate (we are only supposed ot eat in the kitchen), that someone had eaten something sticky off of and sat on the train table where it was upside down and partially stuck to the table. I still need to mop the floor which I am off to do as soon as I get done here. The bathroom smelled like pee, I suspect that the three year old peed on the floor and it was left uncleaned. You couldnt even see the counters in the kitchen for all the crap sitting on them. It was frustrating. But I got it all cleaned up, and the floors all vaccumed.
As the girls got home, H was ready to make here valentine mailbox for school tomorrow, so I decided we would get some wrapping paper and turn it on the white side and use my valentine stamps to make a cute box, well of course L wanted to do it to. This was one of those ideas that seems good at the time until you are done and have to deal with the mess. When she was done there was blue stampin up ink everywhere. Now for those of you who have used stampin up before you know that it does not wash off of skin very easily, so she will be blue for a few days. And she got it all over her shirt. I am doubtful it will come out. When she was done, as I was cleaning the mess, I looked at her and she had wiped her blue fingers all over her face, which was now blue as well. I told her to go wash her hands. Notice I said go wash her hands. Well I was listening and the water just kept running and running, so I asked her what she was doing. She was washing the walls and her hair with the handsoap. GREAT! We were to leave in 20 minutes for cheerleading and she was soaked and her hair was covered with hand soap. They joys of a three year old. I am sure that somewhere in her three year old brain that was a good idea, but no where in my 32 year old brain was this good. I got her cleaned up and sent her off to find clothes, sending Hailee to help her. WEll she come downstiars 10 mintues later with no pants and no panties on. So I send her back up, and the whinning starts. At this point I started to look for my keys to leave, I looked everywhere. I thought I remembered seeing G with them at one point so I looked all the palces a one year old would think to put them. AT 6:05 we were supposed to be there at 6:00, I finally thought to look in the kithchen trash and guess what they were there. Man glad I looked before the trash got taken out, tomorrow is trash day and iI would have never seen them again. Off to cheerleading we went. For our hour and half worth of pure hell. G was climbing on everything, and I chased him the entire time. by the time we got home I was done for the day. Good thing it was bed time. Now I must go do my daily maid duty and clean up the kitchen from dinner and mop the nasty floor. Till next time remember to hug and kiss your family and tell them you love them, today is gone and tomorrow may never come....................
