Amazing

We received a flyer from L and G's school about a fundraiser at El Chico for a two year old little boy that has Leukemia, I was of course all on board for going. On the bottom of the flyer it said they must have 100 people show to get the 10% proceeds for the night. Guess what over 800 people showed up! We waited two hours to get into eat and I would do it again in heartbeat!

While we were there the mom came by to thank everyone for coming out. I learned that her older son is in L's class, I cant imagine having a child with Cancer. As many children as I have followed, it never gets any easier to learn of a child with Cancer.

Going with that, this year there was no light the night walk in Wichita falls, so I couldn't walk but I am still fundraising through the Plano walk. want to donate, you can do so here http://pages.lightthenight.org/ntx/Plano09/CAbney .
